Position
We are seeking a GP VMO for a full-time role with flexible rostering options, offering the opportunity to provide both general practice and hospital VMO care. The successful applicant will work a 1:2 on-call schedule (7 days VMO then 7 days GP-only) and will have the autonomy to structure their work while enjoying a sustainable rural lifestyle. The total remuneration package includes in-clinic earnings, on-call daily rate, and a generous house and car allowance.
Essential Criteria
* Vocational Registration (FRACGP or FACRRM) or Specialist Registration with AHPRA
* ALS2 or REST certification for VMO participation
* Comfortable working independently with clinical autonomy in both hospital and general practice settings
* Interest in rural and community medicine, enjoying variety and continuity of care
* Eligible for DPA/MMM5 incentives and associated Section 19AB eligibility
