Position
General Practitioner (VR / Non-VR)
An excellent opportunity for a GP to join a long-standing, high-demand medical practice with a strong and diverse patient base. With demonstrated undersupply of GPs in the area and continued population growth, this role offers immediate patient numbers and long-term stability.

Situated within a purpose-built healthcare and community hub with strong foot traffic, ample onsite parking, and convenient access to local amenities.
Essential Criteria
• Fellowship (FRACGP or equivalent) or working towards completion
• No Medicare provider number restrictions – non DPA location
Service Overview
This well-established practice has been operating for over 10 years and is currently home to eight GPs, seeing more than 700 patients per week. During the COVID period, the clinic reached volumes of over 1,000 patients weekly, highlighting its capacity and strong community reliance. Recent female locum GPs filled their appointment books from day one, demonstrating a significant local undersupply—particularly for female practitioners.
The modern facility was purpose-built in 2015 and recently refreshed, spanning 375 sqm with 10 spacious GP consult rooms, all with natural light, and a two-bed treatment room. Full nursing support is available Monday to Friday, assisting with immunisations, health assessments, chronic disease management, and care plans.
The clinic operates Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 5:30pm and Saturdays from 8:30am to 3:00pm. Onsite allied health services include physiotherapy, podiatry, dietetics, diabetes education, hand therapy, audiology, and psychotherapy. Pathology is available onsite Monday to Saturday.
The surrounding community is multicultural, with higher-than-average levels of chronic disease and complex care needs, ensuring consistent demand and rewarding clinical work. Additional long-term growth is supported by multiple nearby housing developments currently under construction.
Practitioners are offered 70% of billings, with a guaranteed minimum of $180 per hour for the first three months. While the clinic is not DPA, flexible arrangements are available for doctors nearing the end of their moratorium, including rotating 6-month locum placements across clinics.
