The Position
Are you a General Practitioner seeking a rewarding role in a welcoming and vibrant regional community? This GP-only role in the Clarence Valley region of Northern NSW offers competitive remuneration, flexible hours, and the opportunity to join a respected medical centre dedicated to providing excellent care.
In this position, you will enjoy:
• Full clinical autonomy in a supportive group practice
• Diverse caseloads with scope for procedural and telehealth work
• A generous remuneration package: 75% of billings or $150/hour (whichever is greater) for the first 12 weeks, followed by 65% of billings thereafter
• High billing practice ($445 per hour) due to high patient demand in the region
• $25,000 sign-on bonus
• Supervision available for international medical graduates (IMGs) or doctors under limited registration
• DPA/MMM3

Service Overview
Join a mixed-billing group practice offering comprehensive care to a diverse and growing community. The team includes both male and female GPs in a supportive, collaborative environment.
The medical centre operates:
• Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 6:00pm
• After-hours care via telehealth, offering extended support for patients without the need for overnight on-site shifts
There is 1 dedicated nurse for every 2 doctors at the practice.
With strong links to local health services and a wide scope of practice, this is a fantastic opportunity for GPs who value autonomy, variety, and impact in their clinical work. The practice is supported by visiting Specialists and Allied Health, Registered Nurses to assist with CDM, immunisations and Women's Health.
