We are seeking an experienced and motivated General Practitioner – Visiting Medical Officer (GP VMO) to join a well-established medical service in regional Northwest NSW. The role offers exceptional earning potential of $550,000+ annually, supported by:
- $25,000 incentive payment paid on commencement
- 65% of billings in the practice

Essential Criteria
To be considered for this position, applicants must have:
- Current AHPRA General or Vocational Registration
- Emergency medicine certification (ALS2, REST, or equivalent)
- Strong skills in general practice and emergency care
This role combines general practice with VMO hospital responsibilities, offering variety and scope for professional growth. The service includes:
- Providing GP consults Monday to Friday at a busy regional medical clinic
- Managing Chronic Disease and tracking patient health outcomes
- Delivering VMO services in the hospital emergency department as part of the roster
- Providing additional care to nursing home patients
