Stuart joined YDJ in April 2018 as the Recruitment Manager
, and has been General Manager since 2021

With over
15
years’ experience in Medical Recruitment, Stuart believes that building long term relationships with doctors and clients alike is pivotal in a successful, personal recruitment style. Having previously worked with YDJ founder/director Justin for more than 6 years, Stuart thrives on bringing his expertise and enthusiasm to the YDJ team. His passion for success in his previous role saw him rise from Para-Consultant, through the ranks to Senior Consultant, before becoming Team Leader of the locum division.
Stuart married his lovely wife Hannah, a Doctor in 2018 and they now have two beautiful boys
, Charles and Rupert.
Also from Hobart, Stuart sees nowhere better to live and raise a family, so long as you can ‘get out’ of Tasmania every once in a while. Outside of work and family, Stuart enjoys keeping active with running
