Justin’s applies a simple methodology to recruitment – make positive change. If you can make positive changes in the lives of Doctors as well as the businesses of clients and the health outcomes of communities, then that is success. This ethos runs throughout the company
to this day.
Justin’s focus and discipline comes from 15 years in the Navy in communications and Defence Force recruiting. After waving goodbye to his Navy days in 2007 he found himself in a small doctor recruitment agency which had a fantastic narrative and huge potential. His drive, energy and passion quickly led him into the roles of Team Leader, then General Manager, finishing as CEO all inside 5 years. What had been a small recruitment agency grew to be one of the top 5 agencies in Australasia. Justin still works closely with this agency and is a
recruitment provider of
locum and permanent recruitment solutions.
He is still very much a hands-on owner and still has an active Locum portfolio of loyal doctors and still enjoys changing lives and helping communities.
Justin lives in one of the best regions of the world (he is a little biased) - Hobart Tasmania. He is kept in line by his
beautiful
wife Carolyn and
his two s
ons Lucius and Eli. A keen golfer, Justin loves an excuse to take Doctor’s for a round or two
but over the last 2 years has caught the running bug and now is completing the 6 major marathons of the world which will take him 3 years.
