Barrie was born and raised in Broken Hill and maintains a strong connection to rural and regional communities, now calling Adelaide home. With more than 30 years’ experience in Human Resources management, including 13 years managing a Medical Workforce and 13 years recruiting doctors, Barrie brings deep industry knowledge and insight to every engagement. He is also a dedicated community contributor, having volunteered regularly with Vinnies for over 15 years.

Barrie is passionate about building trusted, collaborative relationships with doctors and earning the confidence of clients through the delivery of high-quality services. He is committed to adding value in everything he does and is known for his straightforward, no-fuss approach to work and life. Outside of work, he enjoys sport and music.
