Alicia joined the YDJ team in September 2022 as Executive Assistant for the Locum Division in Australia.

A Hobart girl born and raised, Alicia has over 27 years in the customer service industry. In that time, she has also worked in Marketing and Real Estate as an administrator.

She is approachable and highly organised. Her aim is to help make placements for our doctors as stress free as possible. Alicia enjoys the logistics part of the role and learning all about the remote locations in Australia.

Alicia’s hobbies include the gym and running. She loves to make the most of her free time by seeing live music, socialising, and exploring our beautiful state of Tasmania. But also, happy to get lost in a good novel.

She is the mother of two boys, they have given her a few grey hairs over the years, but she is proud to say that they are growing into respectable young men.
